libperl5.18 software package provides shared Perl library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libperl5.18
libperl5.18 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libperl5.18 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libperl5.18 *
You will get with libperl5.18 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
